Chicago – The Windy City

-The day of qualifying finals has been and gone, and it was to be my last day of tournament play in Chicago. I was up against Rex Hedrick. Rex is known for his retrieval skills, but since moving to the US for a few months to gain exposure, much the same as I am beginning to do, he has added a little more to his game, or you could say he’s touched it up a little.

We both played the opening rallies with intensity, which was kept throughout the whole game. We matched each other point for point. I gained two advantage points at 10-9 and 11-10, only to be denied, after saving a couple of game balls, losing the game 15-13. Read the rest of this entry »
